Favorite bank in town!

Be aware of getting a loan here. My fiancé got a loan here just to build her credit. She had no credit so we put the amount of the loan into a CD in order to secure the loan (bank has little risk in giving the loan). We got a 2% interest rate which is ok since the bank has no risk AT ALL. Where they get you is when you go to sign it they put an extra $100 for a processing fee. WHICH WAS NEVER MENTIONED. Well, we where in need of the credit so we could get a house and had little time to look Elsewhere for another loan, with less processing fee. So, all in all we had to pay 10% of the loan to get the loan, that was NEVER even mentioned and has no risk with the CD to secure the loan. They are a great bank otherwise. I would not want to bank anywhere else. Just be wise of the loan area. Note for Central Bank just let everyone know the fees associated with the loan/anything offered upfront as to not cause upset customers.
