They won't accept partial payments or settlements. They only want the full balance. I told them, "Good luck". It's only a medical bill...I have plenty of those.

Told them to send me info about the bill that I allegedly owe money on. Keep calling my employer and get real rude with whoever answers the phone. So I basically told them off and they will not be recieving any money until I receive info on what it is I owe.

Horrible company told me I could make monthly payments. Asked if I could just make them every 2 weeks when I got paid to get it paid off they take out payment whenever they want. They reported I missed a payment when they are the ones who didn't take out the payment like I asked them to do. Put an address on my credit report that I have never ever lived at and I told them that when they first contacted me and said they had been trying to contact me!!!! Horrible company to work with

Cathy was very helpful and helped me when the person I needed to talk to couldn't come to the phone! She even called the other collection agency that had my account, verified that my balance was paid in full, and submitted a deletion the SAME DAY!!!!!! I am so thankful that she was placed in my path to help me out! I know that they deal with a lot of nasty and upset people and being pleasant all the time is hard, but she really went out of her way to help me and I appreciate that! ~ Ashlee

I legitimately owed $1007 and Elite called me. As I pay my bills and never knew I owed the money, I promptly set up bill pay for the money at $100 every two weeks. After paying the $1007 the have again debited my card , which required me to cancel the card and set up a dispute. I would suggest nobody EVER set up any kind of auto pay as they are dishonest. Not BBB accredited (surprise). Very unfortunate when dishonest companies like this steal from honest people.
