Mazuma Credit Union in Raymore, MO

i wouldn't suggest this bank. they are so casual that you don't feel safe. they aren't interested in helping you with big concerns or being dedicated to making their bank a place you feel you can grow with. Very unprofessional and a BIG note; if you start an account here they will hold your money indefinetly. They say 7 days but it's 10-14 days on any check you deposit while your bills sit unpaid.........and believe me when I tell you that they could care less. additionally the phone number listed here is wrong and their phone system is a nightmare. You will spend 30 minutes trying to get thru their automated system!

Have to use a phone/camera to talk to a teller when you're inside... nothing here is personal... Kinda BS, if you ask me.

I have been banking here for coming on three years now. I have my personal account and business account through Mazuma. The Raymore branch has been BY FAR the absolute most helpful, thorough, and fun to work with. We do business with two other branches and we drive out of our way to go to the Raymore branch because they are THAT awesome. Mazuma has also been a great bank for our customers as we refer quite a few auto loans there every month. Overall we're very happy with Mazuma and more particularly the Raymore branch.

Love my mazuma credit union always there when you need it, been a member for over ten years never been disappointed.

This institution has recently remodeled from a tellerless to a full service banking establishment. Have usually had great service. I use as a "share branch" location.
