Horrible customer service. "Sharron" has been snippy, condescending, and downright rude to me on multiple occasions and despite multiple complaints, she is still employed there. They are completely unwilling to work with you if ever someone steals your account info and takes money they weren't authorized to take. They'll insist it's solely your problem and you need to pay them any and all fees imposed by them for said criminal acts. Avoid this bank, they don't care about customers.

We have used Bank Star One for many financial products and they are fantastic to work with. From the tellers to the owner, the customer service they provide is outstanding!

Both of the tellers were very friendly and helpful. So much information. Feel as of I've found a couple of friends.
