We like doing business with this location, but I am disappointed that they no longer publish the phone number for this location. I want to call my local branch, not the big switchboard.

You can no longer speak with a person. It is completely automated. Poor for customer service.

Great customer service, always an option ro speak with a live person. The bank tellers at this O'Fallon location always have a great attitude and willingness to help.
