The tellers are always very helpful at this branch.

Almost all of the tellers here are very friendly and helpful. However, the tellers are on rotations for shifts, and I've had terrible service from one particular group. They refused to notarize a letter because they "could not validate the contents of the letter", saying the letter _could_ have claimed I was the king of England, which they could not prove. Alas, they don't understand that notarization means only the document is genuine, not that its contents are true and valid. This group also refused to cash a $3 check for a friend who banks with them but forgot her ID. I know it's not a requirement, but it was just petty. Anyways, most of the tellers are great here. If you have bad luck once, just come back later with a different group, for a much improved experience.
