Forget about customer service at this bank. I've had an account with them for several years, and out of nowhere they randomly held a large deposit for 8 days and started returning checks in the mean time. They lost me. Moving elsewhere.

HORRIBLE Customer service is crap! Checking account use is easy and has been great for me for years. However after dealing with the loan department I cannot wait to finish my dealings with this bank and move elsewhere! They have seriously removed all excitement from purchasing my first home. They do not care for their customers at all. Their loan process is not timely and has been a nightmare
