Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Commerce Bank's bad customer service cost me nearly $762 over the period of a month - I handed over (foolishly) an insurance check to them which they never got back to me. Each time I called them to ask where it was or what had happened, they promised to call me back - which they never did. When I called corporate on 4/26/2012, they informed me all of their systems were down so nothing was working - they couldn't even look up my name. Completely unhelpful as an organization, I wouldn't trust your money, your loans or anything else with them.

Waited 13 minutes in the drive thru lane. No one else in line, claimed to be so slammed they couldn't get to me for 10 minutes. Horrible customer service.
