I have only good experiences and praise for the MMCU! The staff is always friendly and ready to serve. Their transaction fees are extremely low, as are their auto loan interest rates. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes, all day long.

Very dishonest. It's bad business for customer service to state the policy to us but branch manager to override it later without us ever being notified that this was a possibility.

Very rude staff. Utterly can not believe how they talk to customers & one another. Besides for that it has been on three occasions my money I've deposited has went into the wrong account!

Despite asking them to close an account after I moved, they kept it open and proceeded to charge overdraft fees. Absolutely absurd.

Second time ever using a bank, and when I went to with draw my money and systems are down so I can only get $300?!During tax season the only true season for a bank. It would be like WalMart only have one cashiers during Christmas! Completely irresponsible for a "bank"
