Speedy Cash in Kansas City, MO

The employees that work at this place have to be the dumbest people on the face of the planet. I was seriously amazed at how utterly void of all common knowledge, communication skills and cognitive ability they possess. It's so hilarious to me because they act like it's an actual bank. I tried to get a title loan for $300 and of course the interest is something like 200%. I was fully willing to give them the title to my car and I knew full well I had to pay at least $70 in interest for the loan. I tried to explain to the ingrate working there I was self employed and had no check stub because I work for myself. She asked me four times why I didn't have a check stub from my employer. After I realized it was impossible to communicate with her I just left. Complete incompetence. I even went in the day before to find out what I needed to get the loan and they said nothing about having to prove my income. Who cares what I make? They're getting the title to my car. Like I'm not going to come back and pay the 200% interest to get my title back? Give me a break.

Smdh is all I can say

Came in this place to cash a check from an insurance company. And the worker didn't want to call the bank and insurance company to verify check. She just kept saying "That company won't verify checks". So I called them and they said speedy cash needs to call. And the rep wouldn't call. Bad business.

They deserve no stars no respect for the disable very rude and nasty never go to this location

I see a lot of complaints about this location but to be honest, "I've never had any problems!'' Fast, Friendly, and Professional Service!
