NBKC Bank in Kansas City, MO

I had a very poor experience trying to refinance my house with National Bank of Kansas City. The process took forever, there was some information that I was not made aware of going into the process and the whole process was very stressful. I've done refinances before and this was by far the worst one I've done.

Opened an account with no problems. The woman assisting me was top notch! Very sweet, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. And great that they have branches on both sides of the state line. Very pleased.

I absolutely LOVE banking here!!! I can't say it enough! The personal & professional service is top notch!! It's so nice to come into a bank, or drive thru, with such warm welcome's every time!! They are knowledgeable about all of the products there are to offer here too, and explain things thoroughly, never in a rush to get you out..that means a lot to me! We just moved up here a little over a year ago, and I'm so glad I chose banking here! I know that my account is in good hands here. Plus, you get free ice cream on Friday's..how cool is that!? :)

I have been banking with this branch for nearly three years. Despite the turnover in some of the staff members, I have felt as though we are in some ways treated as family. It has a small town feel in the big city!

The best bank ever! They are friendly, knowledgeable and detailed especially Thomas. The location is excellent! The best rates on cds is Kansas City:)!!!
