Kansas City Credit Union in Kansas City, MO

Each time you use your debit card there a 1.00 fee. No other credit union or bank does anything like this. There have a been a few occasions I've tried to spend over $500 with my debit card in one day and was declined because you can only spend a certain amount in a day. You then have to call them to increase the limit of how much you can spend in a day which is completely ludicrous! It was very embarrassing when I attempted to pay a bill knowing I had the funds available and my card was declined.There have been many occasions I tried to make purchase after their business hours and was declined and would have to wait until the next day to call them so I can make my purchase... which is again another inconvenience It's very frustrating that there is only one branch opened on Saturdays which is about a 25 minute drive from my home. If your debit card needs to be replaced and activated you have to wait until they are open to activate it which is another complete inconvenience. There should be an automated service to activate the card. I'm over this credit union. After today I will no longer be using their services.
