I accidentally landed on this company while looking for another but talked to a nice man who said they could close us fast, and with no money from us. I gave him all of my information and he ran my credit (it shows up three times) and he told me with my credit I would qualify for rates in the 4's. When we talked next he told me the only way I could get those rates was to pay the closing costs. When I said I would, he said that he wasnt sure those were even still available. RUN dont walk from this typical BAIT and SWITCH company!
