Car Credit in Joplin, MO

A good place to get a used car and they take car of everything. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

The staff is friendly but that's about the only good thing I can say. I've had my car for about 3 months and just had to put it in the shop for the second time. The first time they had it for two weeks and wouldn't give me a loaner. Plus I don't understand why I have to pay to fix a car that was odvisouly messed up when I got it. Will be looking for another car very soon.

Don't waste your time coming here. They lied to me on the phone and asked questions about our lift for my husbands mobility scooter. Apparently,they DO go by credit,not income. We were abruptly ushered out when the underwriter would not give us a loan,after I had applied and was accepted. P.S., it's ILLEGAL to discriminate against the disabled.

This place is horrible service and my property was stolen and never replaced when my car was being worked on. They passed the buck so many times and juggled me through so many people it was horrible experience and when it came time to repair or fix anything under warranty it took weeks and then the service Wasnt done correctly. And the free oil changes that's a joke free if you got 2 days to leave your car there and if you do do NOT leave anything of value inside the car. I put 1 star because was not an option for a negative -5 star.

Amazing, great people. I have 2 cars through there,and have been treated very well. They dabbed my life by getting me into a great car, then did it a second time! If it were not for these wonderful people, im not sure where i would be today...they were there when i need them, and continue to help me every way they can.
