I came in before Christmas. I was nervous as I'd never had a title loan nd didn't want to lose my car. Dana made me so comfortable, explaining everything to me and what I should expect. She understood my nervousness and told me when I came in to pay it off that she had no doubt I was going to pay it off. She knew there was NO way I would jeopardize my car. She was right and now I feel I can go to her about life in general. Being new in this city, it helps to have someone who supports her clients I'm so many ways!!!
