Cars Plus Credit in Independence, MO

I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica last month and my experience was great. Chris was very helpful and patient and was also very friendly with my children. I initially had a slow leak in my tire after I left the lot but Chris informed me to let them know of any issues in the first couple of weeks, I called and the issue was resolved with my tire. Just yesterday I left work and my temporary tag was stolen and I went to the DMV and they were out of Temp tags, so I called Cars Plus and told them what happened and without hesitation they told me to come back and get a copy. I walked in and a gentleman must have seen me pull up and he had a drill in hand and my tag as well. Great people Great service!!!!!!! I love my vehicle I have already taken it on the highway and its a GREAT car!!!!! I love it and my children do too!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Didn't know what to expect when i walked in there! But right through the door i was greeted with polite and energetic service. The car i purchased had a little wobble in it when i drove. i told that to my sales person and they fixed it with no hesitation! In fact put 4 brand new tires on it!!! They were great and i love the service plan they offer also!!.

Cars Plus Credit is awesome!! Andrew made sure I got the truck of my dreams! It's a great vehicle, everything I could possibly want in a truck! It's absolutely perfect, and it was priced reasonably too! Its amazing because I had tried everywhere to get a vehicle and I couldn't get approved anywhere for a truck, especially the type I really wanted. A 3/4 ton, 4x4 with a crew cab! I still can hardly believe I walked in there and left about an hour later driving my new truck! I just cannot say enough about about how great my experience with them has been!!

Love working with Todd he's a great man! Was very patient with me and my car was in a accident. Work with me on getting a new car and I finally got my car today and I love it thanks to Cars Plus! Great place great cars!

My family just bought the FOURTH car since August 2014 from Todd. Two of the previous three are still running like sewing machines. The other one was totaled in a wreck. The kids (daughter and son in law) found exactly what they were looking for for $3,000 UNDER Blue Book for "fair market" retail in the KC market.
