This a special review for me. I just recently purchased my first home two months ago. Many of you know purchasing a home, especially your first home can be an overwhelming task. A task riddled with bad news, setbacks, and stress. Well fortunately in my story none of those things are included when talking about my mortgage loan process!! My fiancée met Patrick (Pat) Doyle at a booth during a bridal show. She came home very excited because she knew she had found some one that I could work with! I know fore a fact that this kind of service is not standard because I shopped around and checked out two other lenders. With preparation and hard work my loan was closed in 30 days! The team that Patrick is on is also amazing, kudos to the Nick Maddock Team for all of the updates and throughout my loan process. I had no trouble signing all the documents at closing because it was clearly and concisely laid out just the way we had discussed. Patrick is courteous, a great listener, an extremely hard worker, and good with numbers! I would completely recommend Cornerstone Mortgage Inc with two thumbs up. All in all I was able to achieve a low rate, the house I wanted in the neighborhood I’ve desired since I was a kid!
