One star is too many. No customer service, Call the with a question, they took my number, said they would call. 2 hours later I call them and get the runaround and some policy BS. They have lots of fees though, and 3 to 7 days before your deposited monies are actually in your account. I can see bank from my house and I will never go there again. I will drive 45 mins to Washington MO, for my banking needs.

I have 4 accounts with this bank for many many years. Went in for a simple signature verification and got some remark that they don't do that anymore as a policy. Went to their competition and they would, but I need to have an account there. Looks like I will soon. I see no good reason to stay with this bank any longer. No service what so ever.
