WOW! What an amazing car buying experience I had with Drive Time in Gladstone Missouri. The staff was so friendly and professional from the moment I walked in the door. I have had some shady dealings with used car dealers in the past, so I was really nervous going into my appointment with their sales staff, but my sales professional Marcus, made me feel right at home with outstanding customer service. They were very upfront and honest with me about everything through the entire process which really earned my trust. The staff there put my temporary tags on for me, helped me get a great quote on my insurance, and made sure I had a full tank of gas before I left!

If you're looking for a place with impeccable customer service and a drive to help EACH customer no matter the circumstances, this is the place to go. Laura, Jessica, and Joshua are AMAZING! Such a STRONG team. They went above and beyond to not only put me in a affordable car but a car that I wanted. I LOVED them and WILL continue business with them for any other future purchases. The best sales rep at Drivetime or anywhere I have been at. Marcus Steward did an amazing job. I felt right at home and relaxed with him. He answered all my questions and found the answers he didn't know. His service was truly outstanding and amazing. I will continue to always go through him from this point forward :)

4/5 stars because they're friendly. I was set up with Terrell and he was very patient. I took away a star because my payment is biweekly instead of monthly. I'd prefer monthly. They also had a good selection. On the lot as well

Awesome experience! Worked so well getting me into what I wanted! Friendly, nice, and well educated on stuff. They are NOT pushy! If you don't like something they will keep looking. Awesome experience and I would highly recommend to anyone!
