Originally I was very excited to become a member of this bank...until I had an issue. I had called the bank and left messages with the Assistant Branch Manager and never received a phone call or e-mail back. I went into the bank and spoke with the Assistant Branch Manager and was told, “There is nothing we can do” and that he would call me back with a phone number I can call. He never called me back. I then called the corporate office where I was told “There is nothing we can do.” I ended up paying $75 in fees which could have been resolved earlier if I wasn't treated in such a way. I'll be going back to my old bank.

I was more than impressed with the great service I received at this bank! Everyone there has great customer service, and work very hard to help you. After applying online to re-finance my car, I received a call from Terrance. He was very genuine, kind, and really wanted to help me.When I went in to re-finance my car loan, I sat down with Chelsea. She was so kind and helpful! I was blown away by how hard and speedy she worked to get my vehicle refinanced! I wouldn't recommend any other bank! Terrance and Chelsea are great employees!

Went into the Howdershell location on the 3rd of September to get a cashier check. Only to find out they postmarked it for the 6th. Now my apartment complex is saying i was late on my rent. Very upset... Ready to close my account if this cant be resolved.
