Heights Finance Corporation in Festus, MO

I just called the branch that extended a personal loan to me to inform them that my payment would be two days late. They were so friendly, offering to assist me in any way possible, while following bank procedure. They offered me a skip a pay, charging me only this month's interest! I can send them a check for much less than my monthly loan payment this month and it will not reflect poorly on my credit. Of course, they get that interest payment plus another month's worth of interest in the end, but it certainly helps me to be able to hang on to some of that cash this month. They made a difficult situation much less stressful! Way to go!
