OneMain Financial in Fenton, MO

Two years ago when I open the account I was told that I could take my collateral vehicle off the account if I missed no payments throughout the two years. Now I'm being told that I have to refinance my loan for the remaining balance or else I cannot get my vehicle released due to some change and policies. Do not put anything up for collateral with this company, you will not get it off. Until you finish the payment of the original loan. Do not trust their Guerilla sales tactics.

I needed a loan to consolidate debt. Everything started off good, then I finally was able to get into the store. The man Ryan that I spoke with was really nice, however his manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Everytime I spoke with them it was a different story: higher interest rate, less approved for the loan, etc.. Needless to say I did not go ahead with the loan and I am so glad I didnt. I would not do any business with these folks nor would I ever recommend them to anybody considering a loan. One star is being generous...
