Tower Loan in Farmington, MO

It's been a great experience with Tower loans so far .I appreciate them helping me out when no one else would .when trying to rebuild your credit no one wants to help you they tell you to come back after you have a better credit score .well you need someone to help you with that I mean duh thank you Tower loans for your help

I have had a very bad experience with this company. From the manager Scott telling me that he will not allow me to call back to make a payment that it needed to be done that minute. I did call back and Scott tells me he is getting aggravated with me because I was suppose to call back this morning to make a payment. Sorry Scott but things happen and for you to speak with me the way you did was very disrespectful. They have the worst customer service I have ever delt with. We will never get another loan with Tower Loan due to this branch in Farmington,Mo Some people just hate their jobs but don't take it out on the customer!
