Nancy Jameson is hands down one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. I'd suggest you not try and open a loan through her and ask simple questions so that you can have a better understanding from a consumers perspective. She takes a long time to respond and will make sure to let you know that you aren't important to her or the bank.
