U.S. Bank Branch in Crystal City, MO

The new ATM's at this branch are horrible!!!!!!!

Worst bankers ever, they don't respect their customers and won't have a normal conversation with you. After partially describing my problem I had with their online banking, only partially because they wouldn't let me finish a sentence, I was told there was nothing wrong on their end. So I requested to close my account, the manager did all the math to figure out what amount of money to give me upon closing the account, math based on the numbers given to them by the online banking system. An hour later wouldn't you know it I was overdraft...US Bank sucks

I have banked with US bank for many many years on both personal and buisness level and had always been pleased untill recently!!!!! went into the bank on Baily in Festus(the tellers are LESS than friendly)...to make my deposit and request a change order the girl" Michelle" told me I was to phone in my request for change ahead of time!!! I said really? I've been banking here for years and never had to " phone in a change request ahead of time? .. She was not at all apologetic and seemed pretty offended that I was not happy!!! Today I went back into same bank, same teller: Michelle" who doesn't seem to like her job any better today than she did 2weeks ago!!! And yes I need change BUT did not dare request it from her!!!!!! This is not right and I am seriously considering changing banks!!!This is not the first time I've received less than adiquit service at this paticular bank,, it's just the first time I've complained....
