This bank is filled with intelligent,helpful, caring people who way out of their way for their customers. And, even when the phone is busy they tell you how long it will be so i have never waited more than three minutes.....I have had twenty plus years with them and a variety of transactions...The Best....

The wait time with the back office is unacceptable. The staff need training on how to efficiently use their time and that of their customers. Too much time is lost on idle discussion of matters not pertaining to the service requested. Your staff desperately some customer service training, almost a "MUST." Also wait time to use your safe deposit boxes is unreasonable.
