I had the worst customer service experience of all time at this place. I spent a month trying to get in contact with the manager and she wouldn't return my calls or answer the phone. When I finally managed to speak to her she was argumentative and didn't want to help me. I had 4 accounts with US Bank and closed them out and moved them to a local bank instead.
