Tower Loan in Columbia, MO

A very pissed of customer. Note that I was referred to this company by FFO (Funiture Factory Outlet). I have given this company a lot of business and their way of repaying me is by robbing me blind and taking advantage of me. I trusted this company until they decided to rob me. I have two different accounts that I pay on every month and there's a month that I used some cash that I had on hand and paid on one account then paid on the other with my debit card. For two months just because I forgot to take a receipt they only billed the accounts that were paid from my account and pocketed the cash transactions. I take part of the blame for not requesting for my receipts but it's easy to do that when u are also using your debit. They claim that if you go and make payments after 4pm, there's a receipt they issue and if you come before then it's a printed one. I have gone there on several occasions after 4pm and they've never given me that "special" after 4pm receipt. I always get a printed one. Anyway, just letting you all know that if you are going to do business with companies like FFO or any other financing company, be cautious about Tower Loan financing you!!! I am really disappointed with this company!!!
