U.S. Bank Branch in Carthage, MO

Someone stole my card last year, so I had to cancel it and order a new one.Took an ENTIRE YEAR to get a new official card. I was given temporary card after temporary card. FOUR TIMES I had to go in because my temp card had been CLOSED (without me being notified or even asked if I got my new card). Three out of those four times I had the card sent to the bank itself... and some hateful woman cut my card when it got to the bank. THE SAME WOMAN had been cutting my card each time WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME it came. No one could figure out why. So I finally go in and demand my official card (which, conveniently, arrived the day before). THEN THE EMPLOYEE WHO CUT MY CARD REPEATEDLY TRIED TO KEEP IT FROM ME by claiming my ID wasn't valid. AFTER FINALLY AGREEING TO GIVE IT TO ME said EMPLOYEE made a snide remark about "adults needing to take care of their business" while giving me this dirty look. I am appalled and disgusted. The only reason I haven't changed banks is because my publisher sends my checks via direct deposit and it would be too much of a hassle to call Seattle, WA and get it changed.
