First Community Credit Union in Bridgeton, MO

Excellent bank no problems

One of the worst branches I have ever been to. The second worse was when I went to the branch located inside the WalMart in Florissant, MO. I stopped banking with First Community because of the injustices I have experienced by this so called credit union. You file a complaint and it is left unrecognized & unresolved. I only keep my account open because I am forced to die to a loan I'm repaying. After its paid I'm closing my account permanently. Good riddance! The Rock Road branch never has enough staff. Wait times are too long. The ATM machine is always broken for weeks to months. Some of the staff are friendly but others are fake, rude, sarcastic & snobby. Maybe if I was of a different ethnic group the experiences provided by this credit union might've been different. I gladly took my banking elsewhere!

I have my car loan and checking through them and they are always super helpful and nice! They are way better than Bank of America was!

Staff is very pleasant & accurate. However, this bank's regulations on potential fraud only looks out for the bank not the account holder. I had to do all of the grunt work for them to prove I had been taken advantage of. Very uncomfortable & time consuming process.

I have been banking with FCCU at this branch for yearsh; since 2008. I have never had an issue that was not dealt with promptly by the appropriate authority there. I have two car loans and a business loan with them. In 2017 I am planning to transfer my home loan to them. They make it so much easier to access and monitor your loans and accounts. I would recommend this branch to anyone, anytime.
