I opened a business account here when I first started my business. This bank has a great website with fantastic Interent Banking features. But they made way too many mistakes on my account and the customer service was never as friendly as at other banks. They didn't even apologize for their mistakes!

Applied for a home loan through this bank and they lost all of our paperwork with our social security numbers and employment information on it along with our credit report they had pulled... they say it was shredded after months of searching for it... I don't trust that considering initially they couldn't locate it... will never do business with this bank. Very unprofessional in my opinion to lose documents with such personal information in them.

Tellers feel the need to put your account on hold at any given time. Allow post dated checks to be deposited, and the tellers are rude. This bank has more technical issues than a computer with a virus. Despite all that I have been polite for 5 years, now today was the last straw. The machine ate my deposit, didn't credit my account, and the teller asks why I didn't see the sign that said out of order. There wasn't one. Then why didn't you just come in? Well, I have 2 sick children in my vehicle, have bills go pay, and don't have time to wait in line so ATM allowed convenience in my situation. Needless to say I still have to wait to pay bills, get my kids medicine, and its truly upsetting that people want to ask me 100 questions and treat me like I'm an idiot. I do not recommend USBank in Bolivar or Buffalo because they are unprofessional, rude, or just have a problem with certain people. I really don't know; however, I pray that they make changes because they are loosing any good referrals from my contacts.
