I have used The Paul Long Agency for more than a decade for all of my insurance needs (auto, life and home). Their staff is courteous, helpful and expedient. I am not an insurance expert and they understand this. They treat me with respect and often look at my policies to recommend better coverage for a lower expense. I trust them and their recommendations as they have continuously kept me in the best coverage with great service at a reasonable rate. I have no problem recommending them.

My experience was very bad.I found them unprofessional.I bought the insurance and paid their office in full and their office failed to forward my check to their parent company.I began receiving cancellation notices and late fee's .I spent hours on the phone trying to figure out the problem.Paul long office was not helpful and would not admit any mistake .I finally had to get their own parent co.to inform them on a conference call of their mistake.I had many other problems w/ this company as well .If you asked to speak to Paul long himself ..it will not happen.Save your receipts! I asked to split up a large payment into 2 payments they said no problem and W/O informing me when they laid out the papers for me to sign in the fine print I was signing with a finance co.and did not know it when they failed to make the payment i paid at their office unbeknownst to me my credit was being ruined .It goes on and on folks BEWARE..If you cancel a policy that you just purchased a partial refund does not exist.
