We have happily had a Safety Deposit Box with this bank for over a decade. However over the past 3 years they have rapidly been increasing the price. The price currently is 150% higher then it was 3 years ago. (17$ to 43$). When I complained about these price hikes I was rudely told that I was out of luck. Long time customer or not. So I voted with my wallet and left.

The staff at Commerce here in Bolivar is absolutely amazing, every single one of those ladies put a smile on my face at least once a week that I go there. Literally could not brag anymore on these wonderful beings!

Do not go to this branch. The tellers will ask you the same questions multiple times during the same visit even after you've answered them. And one of the tellers misplaced a my deposit, causing me to be overdrawn. They acted like it wasn't a big deal. Just avoid this headache.
