America's Community Bank in Blue Springs, MO

Due to my experience with this bank I could never recommend it. There are so many better options out there with better service and more services worth your time and money. Pass on this one please.

I've never in my life dealt with a bank as backwards as this one. I reluctantly used their over priced ancient Atm on a Monday which happened to also be Columbus day. The atm gave me my money and then kept my card. Wouldn't give it back no matter what i tried. Being a supposed holiday i came back on tues to retrieve my card. Was informed then that the card would have been destroyed unless it was issued from their bank. F this atm F this Bank and F the ignorant lady who i spoke to who acted like this wasn't an uncommon thing & i just needed to deal with it. Like the other review said take it from our bad experiences, tell others, don't be a victim of this place yourself.
