Wonderful staff!

This bank really does it for me. They are so helpful with everything I need. I never have to wait on the phone. They know how to make every customer feel valued. Thanks for hiring great people And keep up the great work!

The customer service is unbelievable. They have actually allowed me to use a cubicle in the bank for about 30 min one day in order for me to sign a rental lease agreement with one of my renters. They even made copies of the contract for me. Incredible staff,incredible management...

Adams Dairy Bank has the best staff of any bank I've worked with and they are heavily involved in the community. I know customers who have had checks personally delivered or other things done for them that seem so nice. They aren't so much a bank as a customer service organization and it shows. One time I was in Germany and my debit card got locked because I hadn't contacted them. I was able to call, talk to someone, and have the account unlocked within 2 minutes. There's no other company I know of with that kind of issue resolution time. They have a beautiful location in the Coronado shopping center. They only have one location - but they're members of UMB's ATM network so ATM fees are never a problem and I haven't had any trouble yet.

Adams Dairy Bank is one of only two locally owned banks in Blue Springs. They have excellent customer service and are the "Cheers" of banks (where everybody knows your name). They have less fees than our bank of over 17 years, and you always get a person on the phone when you call vs. going through a series of automated answering prompts. It is a great bank for local business owners too. There are always fresh baked cookies in the lobby, and they'll even let you try a sample of Atomic Fizz (a locally crafted soda pop). If you're tired of excessive fees then it's worth a visit to switch to ADB.
