I'm not sure if Madison was having a bad day or caught the employees on one but I live right down the road from this location and the employees and I moslty know each other by name. Todd always looks professional with his Garcia ties and I had to ask another employee what a tie chain was. Everyone is always effective and efficient with a smile on. I don't think "these kids" could be friendlier. There is even a Spanish speaking teller, which I enjoy as I am bilingual and it is a good sign that they are thoughtful of and desirous to serve their public. The convenience of the location and the weekend hours are great for those open to the idea of going on a day other than the traditional pay day of Friday, which is likely to be the most hectic for all. It is a great location that honestly makes me more likely to stay with this bank. Good job, guys.

Derek "helped" me today when I called about some overdraft charges and belittled me. He kept repeating "this is not a bank error" when I tried to speak. He acted as though he needed to win against by talking louder and making me repeat myself as I was emotional about being charged hundreds of dollars due to them "helping" me move funds to savings to save for my baby on the way...another reason I am very emotional right now. This instead depleted my baby fund by over $300 and Derek kept me on hold for ten minutes while he "checked it out" then repeated his catch phrase "it's not a bank error. Can't help you" Customer service used to mean something at US Bank and it's sad that a point of contact person can ruin your image of a company because they can be so rude when someone asks for help. Our family will be transferring all of our savings, checking and business accounts to another local banks so we will never be treated so poorly again. Terrible experience and it reflects poorly on Schnucks for having that level of service offered to their customers trying to do banking after shopping. We will be avoid that store all together so I do not have to see Derek and remember how he made me cry by belittling me when I needed help.

I visit this branch on a weekly basis. Aaron and Jon are always professional and engaging. There is another young lady whom is also in attendance when Jon has a Sunday off. Excellent customer service and friendly at all times.
