Tower Loan in Ballwin, MO

We purchased furniture from Carol using their 0% promotion. They provide the loan through this company. Throughout the loan they never sent out statements with a due date or balance. I called in to request the balance and paid it off. Two months after paying the final balance I received calls and a letter stating I was past due. When I called they stated I owed more money and it was past due. The manager was very rude an unapologetic for the error. I had to demand a invoice showing what I owed and why. I highly recommend this company be avoided. I also hope Carol House choses more wisely who they partner with.
