refuse to open an account there due to every time I wait for almost 20 mins to simply cash a payroll check. THE BRACH MANAGER HAD THE NERVE AFTER SEVERAL PEOPLE FROM MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT TOLD HER "NO, NOT INTERESTED" SHE TOLD ME WELL THANKS FOR YOUR $6 DOLLAR DONATION TO CASH MY CHECK. WAS OUT OF STRAIGHT RUDENESS

Completely inappropriate. Went in to cash a check with my id. I don't have an account there. So what do they do, call my customer to verify they wrote the check to me. Never in my life have I been treated this way at a bank. If you don't honor your checks then don't issue checks to your bank customers.

Terrible location. They don't have drive up ATM services. They have 2 outdoor ATMs of which usually 1 is out of service. They are understaffed inside. I come here because it's the closes to my home. Just wish there was some sort of reliability to count on.
