Had a great experience with Elma will def be back, and all these people underneath me that are complaining just sound like a bunch of cry babies who want things here way and don't care about anything but themselves.... Shut up!!!

I went in to do an early payoff on a loan and had spoken with the 800 line customer service a few times prior to going in, to make sure I knew what to expect, so when the teller started telling me that they couldn't do what I was expecting, the situation became very frustrating. Had that been the end of the day, I would have rated 1 star. Hindsight 20/20, I got a bit more upset than I like to admit, and I did apologize to Jenny after the fact, but she was the one that the teller called over, and she was extremely patient and went above and beyond to help alleviate the situation and get the process completed. She was very understanding and very pleasant to work with. If you need anything from this branch, ask for Jenny, she really saved the experience for me!!

Jennifer Brouk is the BEST! I was a customer several years ago and I needed a statement from back then. Jenny did not have to help me as I am no longer a customer of the bank. . She could've done what everyone else did and tell me there was nothing they could do for me. She went above and beyond for me, even though she didn't have to, and I am so very grateful for her hard work. She is one of the best bankers I have ever experienced and I worked in the banking industry for 5 years. Very wonderful and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I hate going into the branch, but I needed quarters and various other items for "change" for our garage sale. Didn't want to deal with that via the drive through. The ladies were friendly and enjoying their work. Even though the lady who helped me tried giving me too much money back (yes, I'm too honest), it was a good experience.
