Worst ordeal ever! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! From horrible communication to having to do things or send papers up to 3 times, being told one thing and then another happens. The WORST thing was a week AFTER closing on the home they came back to me and they had made a mistake and I need to put more money down. Again this is AFTER everything was finalized, and I said I was going to talk to my lawyer about it and the agent Charles said to me "well do what you feel is right but they are a bank and it is their money" sounds like a threat to take the loan back that was signed and completed. This place is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with!!! as the other reviewer said. RUN!!!

Jon, had 7 weeks to close a very easy loan. For 6 weeks I text him over and over for the first time home buyer link. Last Thursday after texting him all day he finally sent it. Friday there debt to income issues. Today suppose to close and I don't qualify for First Time Home Buyer because Debt to Income out of wack. He also said appraiser did not turn the appraisal in time. Appraiser is Pissed because he said they had the appraisal weeks ago. Seller waiting to close, so they can close on there place. If looking for a loan consider Mike Petri at M and M Mortgage. Michael Dietrich at I Loan or anyone at Pacfic Union. What a joke.

One of the worst Lenders available, late ordering the appraisal. Need an extension, ok, now on the 2nd day for closing, Hey, debt to ratio is too high and we can't do the loan. Buyers and Sellers waiting to close and the Loan Officer won't return calls....... Got to be a better lender than Land Home Financial Need a lender--> Run from this one
