I had a very helpful person working at the drive through. He went above and beyond in helping me to see if an automatic payment had gone through. He was very attentive and polite.

I went to the White Bear Lake Wells Fargo off 61 and worked with Jason, a personal banker. I can honestly say that he was the best banker I've ever worked with, I purposely go to this location instead of the one closer to my house because the people there truly care, Jason helped me and taught me more than I needed to know and I'm very grateful for that. He did not care about fees and getting money, he literally just cared about my account and well-being. I definitely recommend this location over ANY other locations, and ask for Jason, you will not be disappointed.

Was treated very poorly by one of the tellers named Patrick He was very dismissive and rude didn't even give me a chance to speak. As a former employee this kind of behavior was never acceptable, is this the new standard?
