Plaza Park Bank in Waite Park, MN

Plaza Park Bank continues to WOW me. They take a very hands on and personal approach to my account. When ever there is an external issue with my card they are calling me and talking through the issue. Not sending me a letter a week later but they are on top of it right away! I am a "high maintenance" customer, needing transfers, balance checks and so on all the time. Not once have I felt as though I was an inconvenience to any of the staff. (Bernnie, ur the best).

This is one of the worst banks I have seen. I just wanna change some small changes into the entire. But they said no,cause I had no an account with them.and the lady asked me how much. I said $500 .she said she can't exchange it. The lady was rude and told me go to the other banks.when I was leaving.she said "have a good day".but I was very disappointed. I know its a rule . Maybe it needs the account. But I did the same thing in the Wells Fargo.and they really treat the customer as "GOD"

We have both business and personal accounts with this bank and are always treating like a great customer. This is the best bank in town.
