If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I dont even have a check card and they charge me $3.95 a month. When the IRS sent a Levy for a account that was not even me they charged my account $100 for a fee. When I called to get it fixed the would not credit my account saying it was a IRS mistake not theirs!!!! Unreal. Needless to say I will be changing banks.

This is a bank that will charge you for not using you're debt card if you don't use it 10 times a month they charge you 3.95 and if you get statements sent in the mail instead of using the internet which most older people do they charge you. I think they need to stop and think a little before putting all these charges on. People don't have extra money like they used to especially the older people. What happened to the Klein bank we all grew up to liking. I know alot of people who switched bank's due to the breach in Klein's system twice
