TCF Bank in Saint Paul, MN

I'm reading all of the negative comments about this bank, yet have never had a bad experience at this particular TCF. How stressful can depositing a check, getting rolls of quarters, or getting a cashier's check be? They're always pleasant and greet me with a smile. Maybe because I come to the counter with a smile and a "hello". Maybe some of you should check your own vibes before complaining about someone else's.

I have been here several times, and had nothjng but teriffic, fast, easy service. Great employees!

I like that the employees represent the community well. I have never had an issue here. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I've never heard their personal conversations take priority over customers' needs.

always a shorter line than the cub foods location but i wish their hours matched the cub location. If you show up to either one after 5pm expect a wait

TCF Bank is the worst bank. I'd give them no stars if I could. Take your money, cut up any cards and checks, and go to a bank that puts customers first.
