Great bank, allows cash deposits thru ATM at my branch location 24/7, usually shows up in minutes. 11pm deposit, no problem. Can use app to take picture and deposit checks if needed, no need to drive.

You can only contact them between 9am and 5 pm Mon-Fri? Unbelievable! I also have an account at wells fargo where you can contact them 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Here it is Sat morning and I can't contact them until Tues due to the holiday. Time to move my money

I have been banking with Ideal since they were still postal credit union. After they changed to Ideal, they have become more like a big bank and much less like a true credit union. I had my first car loan with them and a motorcycle loan with them, both with very fair rates. When I went to get financed for my second car, they tried to rip me off with the interest rate they offered me. I went to a different credit union and got a better financing deal. Also, they charge me a $5 fee when I want to withdraw a large amount of cash from my checking account. This is how they treat long time and loyal customers. Save your time and money and find a real Credit Union to invest in.
