Wow! Phil absolutely exceed our expectations. My husband and I met with him and a couple other mortgage guys, and we are beyond thrilled that we went with Phil. He simply knows what he's talking about. He's great with numbers and works hard to find you the best rate. His customer service is outstanding. He answers your call, anytime. We were offering/counteroffering over the weekend, and Phil was available to us all weekend to run numbers and help us decide what we were comfortable paying for house.
