I set my wife up for her first car loan. And I've never seen such an unorganized company. They say one thing on the phone and the next day we receive a bill saying something totally different. If I could rate them lower I would!

The staff are very nice and recognize me every time I come in and I just opened a account 2 weeks ago and have only been inside and the drive thru a couple of times! Every problem I have had they resolved very fast! Best bank I have used.
