I was skeptical by the negative reviews that I saw. I don't have the money to be riped of but I am very happy that I got it taken care of. Quick and easy. Every time I called they were super friendly.

Paid their settlement offer and then they keep reporting the debt. These people won't answer the phone now and I've been trying to get a receipt. They say they would send me a receipt via Email but never did. Now nobody will answer the phone over there. How convenient! And even though it is THEY that are collecting the money the say that its the original debtor that is reporting to the credit agencies but it is THEIR name that is reporting! Yeah, these people are a bunch of bums

So annoying and beyond difficult to work with. After them blowing up my home phone at all hours, I answered and spoke with a woman. She seemed nice enough at first and we agreed on $73 a month payments (higher than the $50 a month I could affordably manage, but whatever). She was able to use my social to find my credit union account with no problem. I was told that the increments would be taken out monthly. Everything seemed fine until they started blowing up the phone again and sending letters claiming that the automatic withdrawal did not work. How is that MY problem?! I gave them my information, if it didn't work, then they must be incompetent, which judging by all the 1 star reviews seems to be the case. I tried answering the phone one of the times they decided to bother my family and me at an ungodly hour, but wouldn't you know, no one ever came on the line that time so I hung up. Don't ever use Verizon (this debt was for a past cell phone bill) as they are a nightmare to work with. This debt would never have been an issue if they had accepted $200 a week payments, but no, they had to be impossible and now I don't care if they, or this joke of a company Jefferson Capital, ever get their money! I don't know what more they want and their is nothing more that I can do!
