M&M Mortgage, LLC in Roseville, MN

We have done two loans with M and M Mortgage. The first loan went smoothly and we were very satisfied. We are now doing the second loan and it is a disaster. We have been trying to get the loan done for weeks. We do not get responses from M and M. We have tried to speak to a manager but no one has contacted us. No one answers their phone when you call the main number. It goes to someone's personal voicemail. Today we will call underwriting ourselves to see what the hold up is. Very frustrating, cannot ever use them again or recommend them to anyone. I never take time to write reviews, buyer beware!

Simply the best!! Refinancing can be a confusing, daunting process if you don't have the right people on your side, and with M &M I had true bulldogs (albeit patient and friendly bulldogs) in my corner that got me an absolutely amazing deal! I worked with Scott Swensen to refinance my mortgage and I couldn't have been more pleased! Throughout the entire process, I was impressed by Scott's thorough knowledge of the business, the number of options he was able to find for my situation, and above all, his kindness and honesty whenever I had questions. Scott even worked at night and on weekends to help all of the pieces come together on time!! I sincerely felt like I had a trustworthy friend who was working on my behalf during the process, not just some uncaring 9-5 sales drone. We fell into M&M Mortgage by accident. To be honest, we already had a loan officer that we knew well and trusted. I was looking for current interest rates one day and accidentally gave out too much information on Lending Tree and was bombarded with phone calls and emails. I was going to lose my mind. After yelling at Scott to stop calling me (he had not called a million times, but was an unintentional target of my frustration) he was willing to discuss my questions via email (as I hate talking on the phone). He was patient and allowed me to ask questions interest rates, my VA loan options, all while knowing that I did not want to do anything at that time, but was rather on an information expedition. He patience and willingness to answer questions whilst knowing I had no intention of using his services is actually what won me over. This lead us to deciding to go forward with a cash out VA loan refinance. We were appreciative of all the work that went into refinancing our VA loan by Scott Swenson and his team. While our original plan did not pan out due to a terrible & arrogant appraiser, Scott worked hard to provide different options and allow us to make decisions, including backing out all together. When we did decide to go with the refi, mostly to get away from Penny Mac, he locked our rate in as soon as possible and gave us time to figure out what road we wanted to take without any pressure. We are so ecstatic to get away from PennyMac and so far are extremely satisfied with our new lender. When I asked Scott to "cut to the chase and not try to be my friend" he laughed and got down to the nuts and bolts. My husband is the chatter box, while I prefer to just get down to business and decide what should be done. Scott was very patient with both my husband and I's diverse personalities and was able to communicate well with both. We would use their services again, if needed, and would recommend others.

M&M was wonderful to work with on refinancing my mortgage. They took care of all the details and gave me good information, options, and advice. Kirk Brown is very professional and made me feel like everything was taken care of every step of the way. He was honest and upfront about my situation. I like how I he will keep me as an active client and let me know of anything in the future that will be of benefit for my mortgage situation.
