BMO Harris Bank in Rogers, MN

Unfortunately, they get 1 star because of RUDE telephone bankers. I had a complaint, she literally gave me the number to Wells Fargo in elk river and said go take your business accounts there! So happily, I did. They don't care about you, your situations, the fact that they had errors, and they certainly don't care about your businesses. Forced me to find a better bank and I did. Dont waste your time and risk your money with these fools.

I love my bank! I have been a customer for over 12 years. The team at BMO Harris is the best. They know me by name and say hello the minute I walk in the door. They offer me services that would be helpful to improve my financial situation and that of my family. I wouldn't bank anywhere else! I've experienced poor service, high fees on everything and lack of response from other banks in the area. I consider them a partner not just another business. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for personal and business needs.
